Received it and was on vacation. Super bummed because I wanted to tear into the box. But as soon as I got home, I opened it and was super surprised. The sturdiness and weight of the diffuser is awesome. Easy to use. The aroma that came with the diffuser seamed to have leaked a bit before I opened. I went online and spoke to a rep and they sending me a new one. So customer service is amazing as well. What I need to know is how often on low, med, and high does it mist? I place on low and it seems to mist every 5 minutes. Is that rt? I would assume it would be less time.
