Shipping & Return Policy
I. Shipping Policy Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery times vary by destination and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from shipment. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Delays: If we are unable to ship within the advertised timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel for a full refund (including original shipping) or agree to a new delivery date.


Taxes and Duties (International Orders) All applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are required by law to declare the full value of your order for customs purposes. Clearance and delivery timing are determined by local customs authorities and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.


Currency Conversions All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your card issuer determines the final exchange rate.


II. Returns & Exchanges Policy You may return or exchange unused and unopened Aroma360® items (excluding machines/diffusers) within 30 days of delivery. Machines/diffusers follow the separate procedure below. All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval. We may request supporting photos for verification.


Return Fees (apply to all VIP and e-commerce orders; cover up to three items per request) These fees are clearly disclosed at checkout.

  • Exchanges: A $14.95 fee will be charged at the time of exchange. This covers the return label, outbound shipping of the replacement item, and processing.

  • Returns for Refund (no exchange): A $9.95 fee will be deducted from your refund total. This covers the return label, return shipping, and processing.

Important: These fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Damaged Items section). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Once we receive your return at our warehouse, inspection and processing take up to 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval (bank processing times may add 3–10 days).


You must ship the returned item(s) within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Machine (Diffuser) Returns Any diffuser purchased directly from us (online or in-store) may be returned within 30 days of delivery/purchase for refund or exchange, for any reason, provided it is unused, returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

  • A 20% restocking fee (based on the original purchase price) will be deducted from your refund.

  • No refunds on used machines.

  • The standard $9.95/$14.95 return fees above do not apply to machines.

Safe Ship Protection Optional Safe Ship Protection can be added at checkout for coverage of:

  1. Stolen packages

  2. Packages delivered but not received

  3. Damaged items

  4. Packages lost in transit

  5. Wrong items

Safe Ship must be selected at the time of order and is non-refundable. Contact support@aroma360.com if issues arise.


Start-Up/Installation Fees, Installment & Finance Programs All activation, installation, service, and financing-related fees are non-refundable and governed by the separate financing agreement.


Mystery Items All mystery items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@aroma360.comwithin 30 days with photos and order details. These cases are handled at no cost to you (no return fees or restocking fees) and may qualify for replacement, repair, or full refund under our warranty terms.


Authorized Purchases Only Only items purchased directly from Aroma360® qualify for this policy. Products bought from third-party retailers, affiliates, or distributors must follow those sellers’ policies.


International Returns International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, any export/import duties or taxes on the return shipment, and compliance with the exporting and importing countries’ regulations. Return windows and processes follow the timelines above, but additional carrier or customs delays may apply.

Disclaimers

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

  • You are responsible for safely packing and insuring returned items. Aroma360® is not liable for lost or damaged return packages during transit.

  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law for defective or misrepresented products.

  • We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs.
