The first mini we purchased was over 3 years ago and it’s going strong! I’m actually purchasing another one for another area in my home. I don’t take care of it like I’m sure it should be but I’ve always turned it on at 20% and for 4-8hrs depending and the oil lasts and my home smells amazing! Black velvet is my fav!

I've had my Mini Pro for about a week now. It is in our family room which is about 400sq ft. I run it for about 30-45 minutes and the scent lasts for several hours. I love having the handy remote which makes it easier to turn it on and off and not run it for too long. I am a very satisfied customer. I'm ordering another for a guest room. Lucky to have a pal with a sample pack!!

I just purchased another Mini Diffuser, and this will be my 5th purchase (including car diffuser). Even though I have had insufficient results with Customer Service to see if the first one I bought (Wireless Pro) that sits on a charger can be exchanged because it does not work. I still gave 5 stars because all the other ones work perfectly.

I do like it a lot. I have two for my open living room area .
I am holding back five stars until I see longevity of unit. Those harassing text/calls that you get right after…I finally called one back..he suggested that this unit could burn out easily if left on too long. It may have just been a group getting paid to talk you into something more expensive. I hope they are wrong
