Adore

So initially I didn't really think this was a good fit for me. I thought it smelled okay, but didn't meet my expectations. Welp, I just came back home after being out for a few hours and my apartment smells ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I wfh and don't go out much anymore except to run errands and such, so I spend a lot of time in my apartment. I guess I just needed to give my nose a lil change of environment so it could reset and pick up all the fragrance notes it missed before. Lol

I didn’t not receive what I ordered.

I ordered a silver diffuser. But somebody decided to cross out silver and write in BLACK. I got a black unit which I don’t like. I tried to reach customer service via email. I got no response. I tried calling but you don’t take phone calls which is just terrible customer service. I have yet to resolve the issue and am left with no options. This does not make me want to order anything again, despite needing to order more oils to use your diffuser.

You could have the most amazing product but your lack of care and concern for customers is seriously offensive.

I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

You need to adjust your business plan to make your customers happiness a priority.
