OFFICIAL RULES
AROMA360 RETAIL $4,000 CASH PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. DEFINITIONS:
   1. "Sponsor" means Aroma360 LLC.
   2. "Sweepstakes" means the Aroma360 Retail $4,000 Cash Prize Sweepstakes.
   3. "Sweepstakes Period" means the three-month period from March 17, 2025 to June 8, 2025.
   4. "Entrant" means an eligible individual who enters the Sweepstakes.
2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Aroma360 LLC, 2058 NW Miami Court, Miami, FL 33127 (the "Sponsor").
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are walk-in customers at participating Aroma360 retail locations. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes.
5. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted starting on March 17, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ending June 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. 
6. HOW TO ENTER: 

a. Visit a participating Aroma360 retail location during the Sweepstakes Period. To find a list of participating locations, visit aroma360.com or call 1-866-713-9313.
b. Locate the designated Sweepstakes QR code displayed in-store.
c. Using a mobile device, scan the QR code.
d. The QR code will direct you to a webpage entry form to provide your email address and phone number for SMS notifications.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and may result in disqualification. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

• PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a single cash prize of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The drawing will be conducted within 14 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by employing a certified random number generator to ensure fairness and impartiality in the selection process. Winner will be notified by email and/or SMS message within five (5) days following selection of the winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the Entrant's entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
• TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
• DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. 
• PRIVACY POLICY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor's website. To read the Privacy Policy, visit https://aroma360.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that all information submitted as part of your entry, including your email address and phone number, will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and for future marketing communications from Sponsor, unless you have opted out of such communications.
• WINNER LIST: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 2058 NW Miami Court, Miami, FL 33127. Requests must be received no later than August 7, 2025.
• SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Aroma360, LLC 2058 NW Miami Court, Miami, FL 33127.
• SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
• AMENDMENTS: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or any part of it for any reason, including without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
• COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction where legal requirements may affect its operation.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
