  • Of course! Not only can you swap out your scent, but you can also swap for a different Subscription product so the options to keep scenting are basically endless! You just need to log into your subscription portal, select ‘Swap Product’, and select the item you are wanting to swap to – from candles to reed diffusers and room sprays.
  • Don’t worry, it’s easy! Within your Customer Subscription Portal, navigate to ‘Billing’, where you can replace the current payment method. Then we will send you an email confirmation for your records.
