Applies To: (i) Start Scenting Listing pages, (ii) Free Diffuser Set Listing page(s), and (iii) DaVinci 2.0 Free Diffuser Listing page(s) (each a "Promotion Page")

1) General
These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern eligible purchases and enrollments made through Promotion Pages. By participating, customers agree to these Terms in addition to each brand's Terms of Service, Subscription Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the standard policies, these Terms will control for the promotional offer.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
2) Definitions
"Monthly Plan" means a recurring fragrance oil plan billed monthly at the promotional discount shown at checkout. A Monthly Plan renews automatically each month at the then-current subscription price until cancelled.
"Commitment" means seven (7) paid charges on a qualifying Monthly Plan as described in Section 8.
"Skip" means moving the next scheduled plan shipment to a later date through the customer portal.
"Free Diffuser Set Listing" / "Free Diffuser Set" means any offer where a customer receives a diffuser as part of a promotional set on the first order in exchange for enrolling in a qualifying plan.
"Diffuser Balance" means the full retail price of the diffuser associated with the Free Diffuser Set selected by the customer, as specified in Section 7.
3) Eligibility and Limitations
Offers are valid only for eligible products and customers as displayed on the Promotion Pages at the time of purchase.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sitewide offers unless expressly stated.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear to violate these Terms or involve suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
4) Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Delays: If we are unable to ship within the advertised timeframe, we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel for a full refund (including original shipping) or agree to a new delivery date, consistent with the brand's standard Shipping Policy.

5) Start Scenting Listing Offer Structure
Start Scenting Listing pages may include:
- one-time purchase options, and/or
- Monthly Plan options with promotional pricing or benefits displayed on the product page and at checkout.
6) Kid and Pet-Safe Oils
Fragrance oils are kid and pet-safe when used as directed.
B) Free Diffuser Set Listing Terms
7) Free Diffuser Set and Diffuser Balance Amounts
Under the Free Diffuser Set, the customer receives a diffuser as part of the promotional first order. The Diffuser Balance used to calculate the early-cancellation fee in Section 10 is the retail price of the diffuser associated with the offer selected:
- Mini360 SL Diffuser: $79.95
- Smart Car Diffuser: $39.95
- Kube Portable Scent Diffuser: $49.95
The applicable Diffuser Balance is determined by the diffuser included in the customer's Free Diffuser Set selection and will be disclosed on the Promotion Page and/or at checkout.
8) Commitment Requirement and How It Is Counted
The Free Diffuser Set requires a minimum number of paid subscription charges before cancellation is permitted without an early-cancellation fee (the "Commitment"). Skips do not count toward paid charges.
Aroma360 Commitment (seven paid charges): By purchasing this offer, you agree to a minimum of seven (7) total paid charges:
- today's charge, plus
- six (6) additional monthly oil renewal charges.
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before all seven (7) paid charges are completed, the early-cancellation fee in Section 10 applies.
9) Skip Limit During Commitment
During the Commitment, the customer may skip up to two (2) times through the customer portal.
- If the customer is on a monthly plan, a skip delays the next monthly delivery.
- If the customer is on a quarterly plan (retention only), a skip delays the next quarterly delivery (the full quarterly shipment).
Additional skip requests may be restricted or denied. Skips do not waive or shorten the Commitment requirement.
10) Cancellation and Early-Cancellation Fee
Customers may cancel at any time through the cancellation portal flow or by contacting Support. If the customer cancels after completing the Commitment, no further charges apply. If the customer cancels before completing the Commitment, the customer authorizes us to automatically charge to the payment method on file an early-cancellation fee equal to the full applicable Diffuser Balance (Section 7), regardless of how many paid charges have been completed. This fee reflects the value of the diffuser that was provided at no cost in exchange for the Commitment.
- This charge may be processed automatically through the portal cancellation flow.
- If cancellation is processed through Support by phone or other channels, Support may also process the charge.
By accepting the Free Diffuser Set, the customer expressly authorizes the early-cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before completion of the Commitment.
11) Returns and Refunds (Promotion-Specific Rules)
Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable brand Return Policy, subject to these Terms:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Diffuser return requirements: To be eligible for a return under the standard diffuser return procedure, the diffuser must be unused, returned in original packaging, and include all parts and accessories, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, consistent with the brand policy.
- Oils and other non-machine items: Oils and other eligible items must be unused and unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery, consistent with the brand policy.
If a return is approved for an order associated with the Free Diffuser Set, any refund may be reduced to account for:
- the promotional offer applied, and/or
- any outstanding early-cancellation fee owed under these Terms.
In no event will a refund exceed the actual amounts you paid.
C) DaVinci 2.0 Free Diffuser Terms
12) DaVinci 2.0 Offer and Term
Under the DaVinci 2.0 offer, the customer receives a DaVinci 2.0 diffuser (valued at $999.95) as part of the promotional first order in exchange for enrolling in a Monthly Plan for a term of twelve (12), twenty-four (24), or thirty-six (36) months selected at checkout (the "DaVinci 2.0 Term"). Skips do not count toward paid charges and do not advance the DaVinci 2.0 Term.
13) Diffuser Credit
Each paid monthly charge, beginning with the first order, earns an equal share of the diffuser value: $83.33 per month on the 12-month term, $41.66 on the 24-month term, and $27.78 on the 36-month term. Skipped or unpaid months earn no credit. Once all paid charges in the DaVinci 2.0 Term are completed, the diffuser is owned outright and no DaVinci Payoff is owed.
14) Cancellation and DaVinci Payoff
Customers may cancel at any time through the cancellation portal flow or by contacting Support. If the customer cancels before completing the DaVinci 2.0 Term, the customer authorizes us to charge the DaVinci Payoff to the payment method on file. DaVinci Payoff = $999.95 × (months remaining ÷ DaVinci 2.0 Term length), where months remaining is the DaVinci 2.0 Term minus the number of paid monthly charges. Example: a customer on the 12-month term who cancels after two paid months owes $999.95 × (10 ÷ 12) = $833.29. The DaVinci Payoff for the 12-month term is shown in the schedule below, which forms part of these Terms; if the schedule and the formula differ due to rounding, the schedule controls. The DaVinci Payoff is charged in one payment, shipping fees paid are not credited against it, and the diffuser remains the customer's after it is paid.

15) 30-Day Return
If the customer returns the DaVinci 2.0 diffuser, unused and with all parts and accessories, within thirty (30) days of delivery, the DaVinci 2.0 Term is cancelled and no DaVinci Payoff is owed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
16) Other Offers Unchanged
The DaVinci Payoff applies only to the DaVinci 2.0 offer. It does not change the Diffuser Balance, Commitment, or any other term of any other Free Diffuser Set offer.
