Aroma360 Promotional Terms and Conditions

 Applies To: (i) Start Scenting Listing pages and (ii) Free Diffuser Set Listing page(s) (each a “Promotion Page”)
 Effective Date: April 15, 2026

1) General

These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern eligible purchases and enrollments made through Promotion Pages. By participating, customers agree to these Terms in addition to each brand’s Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the standard policies, these Terms will control for the promotional offer.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

2) Definitions

·      “Monthly Plan” means a recurring fragrance oil plan billed monthly at the promotional discount shown at checkout.

·      “Commitment” means three (3) paid months on a qualifying Monthly Plan or an equivalent paid-month calculation as described in Section 9.

·      “Skip” means moving the next scheduled plan shipment to a later date through the customer portal.

·      “Free Offer Listing” / “Free Set Offer” means any offer where a customer receives a diffuser as part of a promotional set on the first order in exchange for enrolling in a qualifying plan.

·      “Diffuser Balance” means the full retail price of the diffuser associated with the Free Set Offer selected by the customer, as specified in Section 8.

3) Eligibility and Limitations

·      Offers are valid only for eligible products and customers as displayed on the Promotion Pages at the time of purchase.

·      Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sitewide offers unless expressly stated.

·      We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear to violate these Terms or involve suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

4) Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays: If we are unable to ship within the advertised timeframe, we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel for a full refund (including original shipping) or agree to a new delivery date, consistent with the brand’s standard Shipping Policy.

5) Start Scenting Listing Offer Structure

Start Scenting Listing pages may include:

·      one-time purchase options, and/or

·      Monthly Plan options with promotional pricing or benefits displayed on the product page and at checkout.

6) Kid and Pet-Safe Oils

Fragrance oils are kid and pet-safe when used as directed.

7) Quarterly Option (Retention Only; Not Customer-Facing)

A quarterly delivery option is not presented as a customer-facing selection on the Promotion Pages.

Retention-only availability: In certain retention flows (for example, when a customer indicates they want fewer deliveries), we may offer a quarterly option through Ordergroove only after the customer has completed at least one (1) paid monthly order.

If offered, the quarterly option consists of:

·      three (3) oils billed every three (3) months at forty percent (40%) off.

This retention-only option is discretionary, may be offered only to certain customers, and may be modified or removed at any time.

B) Free Diffuser Set Listing Terms

8) Free Diffuser Set and Diffuser Balance Amounts

Under the Free Diffuser Set, the customer receives a diffuser as part of the promotional first order. If the customer cancels before completing the Commitment, the customer authorizes us to charge the Diffuser Balance for the diffuser associated with the offer selected:

·      Mini360 SL Diffuser: $79.95

·      Smart Car Diffuser: $79.95

The applicable Diffuser Balance is determined by the diffuser included in the customer’s Free Diffuser Set selection and will be disclosed on the Promotion Page and/or at checkout.

9) Commitment Requirement and How It Is Counted

The Free Diffuser Set requires a minimum number of paid subscription charges before cancellation is permitted (the “Commitment”). Skips do not count toward paid charges.

Aroma360 Commitment (3-month minimum):
 By purchasing this offer, you agree to a minimum of four (4) total paid charges:

1.        today’s charge, plus

2.        three (3) additional monthly oil renewal charges.
 You may not cancel until all four paid charges are completed.

10) Skip Limit During Commitment

During the Commitment, the customer may skip up to two (2) times through the customer portal.

·      If the customer is on monthly, a skip delays the next monthly delivery.

·      If the customer is on quarterly (retention-only), a skip delays the next quarterly delivery (the full quarterly shipment).

Additional skip requests may be restricted or denied. Skips do not waive or shorten the Commitment requirement.

11) Cancellation and Automatic Diffuser Balance Charge

Customers may cancel through the cancellation portal flow or by contacting Support.

If the customer cancels before completing the Commitment, the customer authorizes us to automatically charge the applicable Diffuser Balance (Section 8) to the payment method on file.

·      This charge may be processed automatically through the portal cancellation flow.

·      If cancellation is processed through Support by phone or other channels, Support may also process the Diffuser Balance charge.

By accepting the Free Diffuser Set, the customer expressly authorizes the Diffuser Balance charge in the event of early cancellation prior to completion of the Commitment.

12) Returns and Refunds (Promotion-Specific Rules)

Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable brand Return Policy, subject to these Terms:

·      Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

·      Diffuser return requirements: To be eligible for a return under the standard diffuser return procedure, the diffuser must be unused, returned in original packaging, and include all parts and accessories, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery/purchase, consistent with the brand policy.

·      Oils and other non-machine items: Oils and other eligible items must be unused and unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery, consistent with the brand policy.

If a return is approved for an order associated with the Free Diffuser Set, any refund may be reduced to account for:

·      the promotional offer applied, and/or

·      any outstanding Diffuser Balance owed under these Terms.
