We are two weeks into having the whole home system and this is definitely as good as advertised. We have a 3400 SQ FT house and this is more than enough even on the lower settings. Instal was easy although the directions that come with it aren't great for understanding how the settings work. I found a YouTube video showing how to work the settings and connect it to Wifi to use the app. love how it makes the house smell so good. Everyone who comes over comments on how good it smells in our home. Only reason for the 4 star review was the lack of communication around it shipping when we ordered. Someone called me minutes after we purchased it saying they were headed to the warehouse to get our system ready to ship and they offered us some sort of membership program where we'd get the Museum 360 free but we'd subscribe to get a new scent every month for 3 years or something. We decided that wasn't the right option for us. I still expected they were going to ship it that day as the gentleman said. Three weeks later I still hadn't received any update on shipping or timeframe to expect shipping. When I called, they said the scent we picked was out of stock and they were working on it. A little communication on the front end would have gone a long way in setting the expectation that it might be awhile or give the option to ship the Museum since we have other scents from Aroma we could have used until the seasonal one came in.
