    Broken pump so I can’t use it 😩

    I haven’t been able to use it yet because the pump is broken. I’ve sent 2 emails and called twice for a replacement pump or bottle; no response to emails other than to say you received my email and the two times I’ve called I’ve been given no resolution other than to say someone will fry back to me- crickets. So I have a $40 bottle of room spray that I can’t use and no one seems to be able to authorize a replacement. You ask how was my experience? Frustrating.
