I would give more stars, but I have been going back and forth with customer service for two days because I received a defective cat diffuser. I have purchased 3 car diffusers in total. I bought one for myself about 2 months ago and then I bought two more as gifts. My car diffuser stopped working recently and they sent me a new one (which is great). But out of the two I ordered as gifts, one of them is defective out of the box. I have been requesting a replacement for two days and I am just getting the run around.. I just want what I paid for. Please send me a working replacement!
